Compassion for what you’re carrying. Hope for the road ahead.

Life can sometimes feel heavier than we know how to carry on our own. Whether you're walking through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, burnout, or simply a season that feels difficult to navigate, you deserve a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you're carrying.

At Compassion Culture Counselling, we offer warm, compassionate, evidence-based counselling for individuals, couples, and families. We provide in-person counselling in Okotoks and virtual counselling across Alberta.

We believe that healing begins in a relationship where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Our counsellors take the time to understand your story—not just your symptoms—and work alongside you to find a path forward that fits your unique needs, values, and goals.

Our team draws from proven, research-informed approaches and tailors therapy to each person we meet. Whether you are looking for practical tools, deeper healing, support through a difficult transition, or simply a safe place to process what you're going through, we want you to feel supported every step of the way.

For those who desire it, faith-based Christian counselling is also available upon request. Our Christian counsellors integrate faith into therapy in a way that is compassionate, respectful, and guided by each client's wishes and beliefs, however, it is never imposed.

You may not have all the answers right now—and that's okay. You don't have to figure everything out before reaching out.

Wherever you are in your story, there is hope, and you don't have to walk through it alone. We would be honoured to walk alongside you.
