Whatever you are going through, you do not have to navigate this season alone.
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to journey through emotional suffering, while trying to stay anchored in faith. It can feel spiritually barren and emotionally overwhelming!
When I first sought counselling for myself, I longed for someone to sit with me in my pain with compassionate presence. That experience changed my life. It showed me what can happen when the wisdom of psychology meets the hope of the Gospel, and when that compassionate presence becomes a doorway to healing.
That vision has become the heartbeat of Compassion Culture Counselling, a Christian Counselling Collective rooted in faith, grounded in evidence-based care, and committed to walking with you through hardship, with a culture of compassion weaved through everything that we do.
Whether you’re wrestling with depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma or relationship strains, we believe healing becomes possible when you are truly seen, truly heard, and gently guided toward the wholeness God desires for you.
Our work is shaped by Scripture, informed by neuroscience, and held together by the belief that every person is created with immeasurable worth. We don’t rush your story or try to “fix” you. Instead, we create space for honest and meaningful reflection, emotional safety, and the transformative power of God’s presence.
Whether you meet with us in our warm and welcoming Okotoks office or through virtual sessions across Alberta, our Christian counsellors will come alongside you—integrating clinical expertise with Spirit-led compassion. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on your heart, discern what matters most, and support you as you move toward clarity, peace, and renewed hope.
Please note that, though our work is rooted in Christian values, we welcome everyone. Faith is included only if you request it and is never assumed or imposed. We honour each person’s unique background and offer a respectful, comfortable space to be heard.
If you’re here, you’ve already taken a brave step. When you’re ready, we would be honoured to walk with you toward healing and restoration.
